When you have a coach, I keep a close, personal eye on your health, fitness, lifestyle and nutrition, and I make sure that your plans are safe, efficient and working for you.
This is not personal training – there are lots of brilliant personal trainers out there that I would happily recommend to you if that’s what you’re looking for.
This is a personalised training plan for you to follow, knowing that I will be closely monitoring your progress and offering remote coaching to keep you on track. Many people find this incredibly motivating and empowering.
Our personalised coaching package is 8 weeks long, and starts with a 90 minute, in-person and in-depth consultation with our specialised Exercise Medicine Doctor, followed by 2 remote catch-up calls to check in on your progress and challenges.
You will receive bespoke health advice, training and lifestyle plans to help you reach your goals.
When you sign up, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire about your current health, fitness and lifestyle, your past medical and fitness history, any particular concerns, ambitions or barriers that you may have, and of course your goals.
This helps me to plan and make the most of your 90 minute session.
